Oops! I bought the wrong bag. How do I swap my online order?

Is your Savvy bag just not fitting as it should? Maybe you’re not happy with the colour? Whatever your reason, we are happy to receive your bag back in exchange for another if your order is 7 days old or less, unused, and sent back in its original packaging.

Not only are the correct measurements essential for comfort, but they also go a long way in protecting the posture of your back or the back of your child.

Following collection:

We'll arrange for one of our preferred couriers to receive your product
Ensure that your product is received unused and in its original packaging
We will then evaluate the product's condition
Upon approval, the full value of your purchase will be refunded, less the cost of the courier
